What we do with the personal data you send us, and what we don’t.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us yourself. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number and your message, plus any photos or drawings you attach. To block spam floods, the form keeps a scrambled code of your IP address for one hour; it can’t be traced back to you. This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
To answer your question, plan a call or visit, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request. If you become a customer, we use your details to carry out the project and invoice it. We don’t send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell your data.
Legal basis
We handle your data because you asked us for information or a proposal (steps before a contract), to carry out a project (contract), and to meet legal obligations such as keeping our accounts.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to a project are deleted within two years. Project and invoice records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that help us run our business, such as our email and hosting providers, and only as far as needed. They may not use your data for anything else. If we need a partner to answer your request, for example a maker for samples or a lab for a test, we share only what is necessary and tell you first.
Free DoC check
The free DoC check runs in a separate web tool. What happens to a Declaration of Conformity you upload there is explained in the tool itself.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a usable format. You can also object to how we use it. Email info@proteqpack-consulting.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
